  • **--GOVERNMENT TAX--**
  • There is a 15% government tax applicable on all vehicle rentals.

    **--OPTIONAL - COLLISION DAMAGE EXCESS WAIVER (CDW)--**
  • This optional insurance covers the car you are renting against damage in case of an accident. We offer 3 types of CDW insurance cover. The difference between the 3 options is the amount of the deductible (excess). Insurnace Notes: They offer Basic, Standard, and Premium options on all vehicles. Basic - US$11.50 deductible $1500.00 Standard - US$14.38/day deductible $1000 Premium - US$17.25/day Deductible 0 CDW is not mandatory if you produce an evidence of insurance, we recommend that you check with your local credit card provider as many offer this insurance for free if the rental is paid with a specific credit card.

    **--ADDITIONAL DRIVER--**
  • The fee for additional driver is $ 3 per day.

    **--BARBADOS DRIVERS PERMIT--**
  • This drivers permit is mandatory and the price is US$5.00 for a regular visitor permit valid for a period of only two months. Visitors requiring a permit for a period over 2 months. A visitor permit valid for 1 year will have a cost of US$50.00. We can offer you this permit at cost at the time of rental.

    General Terms

    **--DRIVER AGE--**
  • Drivers must be between the 21 and 75 years of age with a minimum 3 years driving experience, and a clean driving record. However all drivers between 21 - 24 years old, are charged a double CDW fee.

    **--DRIVER’S LICENSE--**
  • All drivers must present a valid driving licence held for at least 36 months.
